Global DNS Checker is run by Aculix Technologies LLP. This page explains what data the site touches when you use it, what we keep, and what goes to third parties. The short version: there are no accounts here, we collect very little, and most of what passes through is gone within weeks.
When you check a domain, IP address, or blacklist status, the value you typed is sent to our servers and used to run that lookup: we query DNS resolvers, WHOIS registries, or blocklist operators on your behalf and show you what they returned. Looked-up domains and IPs are processed transiently for that purpose. They are not tied to a profile of you, because no such profile exists.
Like almost every website, our servers keep standard access logs: the IP address a request came from, the page requested, a timestamp, and the browser's user-agent string. We use them to debug problems and to spot abuse, such as scripts hitting the lookup tools thousands of times an hour. Logs rotate automatically; we keep them for weeks, not years, and we do not mine them for marketing.
We use third-party services to understand traffic and to keep the site free through ads. Each has its own privacy policy:
The lookup tools work without cookies. Google Analytics and AdSense do set them, to measure visits and to serve ads, personalised or not depending on your region and consent choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and every tool on this site keeps working.
Lookup inputs are used to answer your query and are not kept as a browsing history of you. Access logs are deleted on rotation, as described above. Analytics data lives with those providers under their own retention rules.
The site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. There is nothing to sign up for, so there is little to collect. If you believe a child has sent us personal information anyway, contact us and we will delete it.
